  1. Nest Exchange Limited is recognized as an authorized Investment Exchange (Derivatives) and is required to operate a Multilateral Trading Facility.
  2. Nest Clearing and Custody Limited is recognized as a Custody and Central Securities Depository institution and is required to provide custody services and operate central securities depository services.
